Polly A. Keefer, 78, of Watsontown, passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at Watsontown Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Watsontown.

Born February 23, 1947 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Fred R. and Althea M. (Spangler) Mincemoyer. On April 16, 1966 she married Harold E. Keefer, and together they have celebrated 59 years of marriage.

Polly was a 1965 graduate of Warrior Run High School. She worked at Watsontown Bank for 20 years, and was the Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, and Electric Billing Clerk of Watsontown Borough, where she retired in 2012.

She was a former member of Watsontown Chapter #282, Order of the Eastern Star.

In addition to her husband, Harold of Watsontown, Polly is survived by two daughters, Amy Kendall and her husband Roger, of Lancaster, and Staci Goodspeed, of Watsontown; three grandchildren, Amanda Persing and her fiancé, Jared, Keefer Goodspeed and his fiancé Brooke Leitzel, and Cody Goodspeed; and four great-grandchildren, Owen, Kiley, Adalynn, and Makenna.

Polly was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Audrey and Marlene Mincemoyer; and a nephew, Scott Mincemoyer.

Services will be held at a later date.
