I have had the honor of knowing John for 50 yrs. John Jr and my son Ryan were classmates and teammates.. John had said to me 3 yrs ago, "Don´t let the old man in" and I will never forget the impact that made on me. John Priesing was a true gentleman and a dear friend. Respectfully, Ellen Byrne

John was someone who always brought a smile to my face whenever I saw him at an event in Bronxville, which was frequently since he was such a wonderful patron of so many causes and events. He was warm, engaging, always interested in what others had to say, and so interesting to talk to. He will be sorely missed. Nancy McKenna
