Priscilla Fantin, 85, of Memphis, passed away Monday, August 11, 2025.
She was born on February 28, 1940, in Detroit, Michigan to the late Frank and Sophie Cichoski.
Priscilla married the love of her life, Carlo Fantin in 1962 at Transfiguration Church in Detroit. They spent 62 loving years together before Carlo's passing on November 1, 2024.
An artist at heart, Priscilla found joy and purpose in her oil paintings-each stroke a reflection of her passion and spirit. Later, she channeled that same creative spark into crafting delightful Santa Clauses, which she lovingly gave to others, spreading cheer and warmth with each one.
Beyond her artistry, Priscilla was known for her nurturing heart. Whether it was a hearty meal around the table or one of her famous apple pies fresh from the oven, Priscilla's kitchen was always a place of comfort and love. No one could forget her love for Frappuccinos, a small indulgence that brought her joy.
Priscilla's greatest pride and joy were her grandchildren and family. Her love for them was boundless and unconditional. She poured herself into every role-as a wife, mother, grandmother, and friend-with warmth, humor, and care.
She also enjoyed the simple pleasures in life: the satisfying rhythm of crocheting, the fun of bowling, and the happiness found in shared laughter and quiet moments.
Priscilla leaves behind a legacy of kindness, creativity, and deep love. Her memory will continue to live on in the lives she touched, the meals she made, the art she shared, and the family she cherished above all.
Surviving are her beloved children, Lisa (John) Bergeski, William (Teresa) Fantin, Jody (Cynthia) Fantin and Sandra (Christopher) Schremser; her adored grandchildren, Alexa (Andrew), Lauren, Jacob (Stephanie), Eric (Lindsay), Colleen (Nick), Frank, Sophie, Corey, Roman, Jordon, Olivia, Kaitlyn and Brooke; great-grandchildren, Louis, Angelo, Avery, Hunter, Braxton, Bella, and Madison; sisters, Florence Strucinski; sister-in-law, Betty Cichoski; daughter-in-law, Terese Fantin.
She was preceded in death by her son, Gerald Fantin.
