He passed away peacefully at home on October 11, 2022, surrounded by his beloved wife Hanaa Ayoub; son, Peter, the husband of Sandra; and daughter, Aida, the wife of Brayan. He was the brother of Georgette, the wife of Hany and mother of Andrew and Joanna; the brother of Samia, the wife of Michel and the mother of Mark and Matthew; and the brother of Karam, the husband of Mona and father of Chris and Nicole.
The services will be on Saturday, October 15, 2022, and will begin with Divine Liturgy at 8:00 AM at St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church (11911 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22030) followed by the funeral prayers at 10:30 AM. Burial will be at Columbia Memorial Park (12005 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD 21029) followed by an agape meal at St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church (14196 Frederick Rd. Cooksville, MD 21723).
