Rachael Michelle (Cline) Sotelo-Rascon, a beautiful and adventurous spirit left our earth on May 3, 2025 to join heaven.
Born November 8, 1984 she was a joy to her mother Delia (D.D) Cline-Ross, her big brother PJ Cline and was thereafter joined in childhood by her loving father Timothy Ross and her little sister Shiloh Ross- her lifelong best friend. She grew up in Lakewood and Golden Colorado and attended Jefferson County Open School. Rachael was the funny, carefree and magnetic person who made everyone she met love her. She was fiercely loyal, loved her family and made friends easily. She went on to study at Emily Griffith Opportunity school and worked as a CNA caring for others which was her passion. Rachael was ready at the drop of a hat to travel every opportunity she had, visiting everywhere from the American Southwest and California to Florida to the beaches of Mexico and even to China- incredible adventures with her closest friends. Her laughter, no doubt can still be heard thousands of miles away from Colorado. She was blunt, her sense of humor was quick and you would never meet anyone with such a beautiful light as the one that flashed in her sky blue eyes when she smiled. She loved walks with her furry dog-children Doc and Holly, movies, dinner gatherings, nights on the town, concerts, sporting events, riding motorcycles, skydiving, swimming, horseback rides and tubing down the river with friends. If anyone truly lived it was Rachael and she will live on forever in the memories and hearts of everyone who knew her.
Rachael is preceded in passing by her Great Grandparents Elsie and Downie Cline, her Grandmother Bonnie Cline, her Aunt Jackie Toureene, her Uncle Aaron Achord, extended family members Kim Ann Beers, Ashley Beers, Amanda Beers and Rachael's beloved furr child Bella. Our hearts are broken as a beautiful reunion takes place in heaven.
Rachael is survived by her parents Delia (D.D) Cline-Ross and Timothy Ross, brother PJ Cline and his wife Jennifer Cline, Sister Shiloh Ross, Grandmother Sharon Achord, Grandfather Donald Cline, Aunt Carol Borfitz, Uncle Ethan Achord, Aunt Dena Achord, Cousins Dallas and Crystal Toureene, Nephew Dallas Cline, Nieces Ava Cline, Anaya Cline, Aria Cline, Allyson Cline, Aunt Trina Bolejack and Aunt Earlene Babcock. She is survived by her childhood best friends Heather Lamprecht Rowlands, Christina Babcock, Mai Nguyen, Emily Ranfranz, Marissa Meirs, Angela Collins, Karen Lamprecht and Matt Lamprecht as well as her former husband Mario Sotelo-Rascon. She leaves behind many incredible best friends that adventured with her in life: Liz Ranfranz, Brittany (Yum Yum) McCrite, Zena Fiorinz, Brittany Skeens, Mark Skeens, George and Pam Babauta, Holly, Michelle and Valerie Zinko and many many other beautiful friends, family members and bonus nieces and nephews who she truly adored along her life's journey.
Rachael's laughter love and light will be unbelievably missed as we live our lives without her physical presence but she will be eternally in our most cherished memories and our hearts.
A Celebration of Rachael's life will be held on Friday June 13th at Maple Grove Park Arbor House at 14600 W 32nd Ave Golden, Colorado 80401 at 5:30pm.
