Rachel introduced me to snow shoeing when I visited her in CO with Rachel HVL about 15 years ago. We had the best time exploring the beauty of nature, falling in the snow and laughing about it, and then clinking beer glasses together when we were done. Rachel was then a roommate of mine in Somerville for a year. She was clearly dedicated to her nursing job and she gave everything she had to it. At the time she worked some overnight shifts, which truly shows a serious commitment to the field! She was such a beautiful soul and we kept in touch after. I loved visiting her and her family on their annual beach trip and know how important they all were to her. I´ve got her whole family in my heart today, knowing how much she will be missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Rachel at Lowell Gen. She left a lasting impression with her humor and genuine nature. Such an authentic person. I´m shocked and saddened to hear of her passing. Sending so much love and prayers to her family. Rest in the sweetest peace, Rachel.

Not my first but I remember her inspiring me way back in middle school about water conservation. She talked about collecting and reusing water in her home. A wonderful person. I´m so sorry to hear of her loss.

Thinking of Rachel and her family every day. Rachel was excited for my upcoming travel nurse adventure and I can´t wait to eventually travel to CO in her honor. Rest in the sweetest peace, Rachel. My deepest condolences to her family
