Rafael Bohorquez, age 46, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at his home in Hornsby, Tennessee.
He was born on May 17, 1978, in Colombia to Deisy Bohorquez and the late Neftali Bohorquez
Rafael is survived by his mother, Deisy Bohorquez of Pennsylvania; wife, Suhail Bohorquez of Hornsby; three daughters, Eliahna Bohorquez, Gabriela Bohorquez and Daniela Bohorquez all of Hornsby; brother, Jorge Bohorque and wife Johana of Pennsylvania; and sister, Deisy Cordova of Canada.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at the Jackson Seventh Day Adventist Church.
