Rafael Jr. Perez Jr., 49, of Chicago's Humboldt Park neighborhood, unexpectedly passed away at home September 2, 2023. Beloved son of Rafael A. Perez Sr. and the late Milagros Perez. Loving brother of Lissette and Jessica (Jose Ortiz) Perez. Doting uncle of Jonathan, Kassandra, Janixza, Katheline, Justin, Josue, and Victor.
Rafael was a loving and caring person who was easy to get along with. He loved to laugh and would often joke around, never taking anything too seriously. Rafael was family orientated and loved looking after his nieces and nephews. His role as an uncle gave him purpose and joy. Rafael will be deeply missed as he is now at peace and reunited with his mother in Heaven.
