Our beloved father, grandpa, brother, friend, and don't forget husband to two wonderful women, passed away peacefully in South Jordan on June 19, 2025, at 97 years old. He was born in Delta, Utah to Loyal and Miriam Bulkley and shortly after moved to Aurora where he spent his childhood. After school, he enlisted in the army and became a nurse in WWII. He is considered by many as part of the Greatest Generation, and his life was full of optimism, opportunity, hope, and faith.
Ralph worked many different jobs in his life. He always joked he was a Jack-of-all-trades and a Master-of-none.
He loved to garden; tomatoes were his specialty, and after his hard work he loved to share his vegetable garden with neighbors and friends -- even when he no longer could have a garden. We would plant tomato bushes up by the porch so he could water them and give them away. That gave him so much joy.
He was known as Buck to many, and everyone knew he had a heart of gold. He truly loved to serve the Lord.
Ralph survived his wives Nola Taylor and Ramona Woolley, his two children Deeon Bulkley and Michael Bulkley and his step-son Justin Collins. He is survived by his daughter Dian Bulkley Stewart (Terry), step-daughters Cindy Wilson (Kent), Peggy Edmunds (Don), Vicki Fullmer (DeLaun), and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
We would like to thank the Beehive home in South Jordan for their wonderful care. We will all miss him!
