Ralph D. Considine, age 88, U.S. Navy Veteran, was born into eternal life on June 17, 2022. He was born March 30, 1934, at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago to Ralph J. "Rudi" and Gertrude Considine. He graduated from Queen of All Saints grade school, Loyola Academy, and College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. He proudly served his country as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy between 1956 – 1959. He is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years, Constance ("Connie") Considine, and former wife Carol M. Considine; children Cheryl (Eric) Beery of Upper Arlington, OH, Ralph J. "Guy" (Cinda) Considine of Libertyville, IL, Donald (Laura) Considine of Eden Prairie, MN, Patricia (Daniel) Griffin, of Highland, IN, and Donna Bucko (Daniel Zabinski) of Aurora, IL. Proud grandfather of twelve Abraham J. Gomez (Vanessa), Christopher, Caitlin, and Ryan Considine, Alexandra, Matthew, and Caroline Beery, Samantha, Hanne, and Emily Considine, Abigail and Emily Zabinski; proud great-grandfather of Xavier, Abraham, Jr., and Adam Gomez; dear brother of Trudi (the late James) Cassin. A lifetime sales, recruiting, and marketing executive, Ralph worked coast-to-coast as well offshore. A lifelong fundraiser for College of the Holy Cross, he held numerous ice hockey administrative and coaching positions in Illinois and Northbrook, IL. In his recent years he was very active in his residential community of Carillon Lakes in Crest Hill, IL. He managed display advertising sales and wrote a monthly veteran's column in the community newsletter. He served as Chairman, former secretary, and member of the Carillon Lakes Veterans Organization.
Ralph enjoyed travel, Civil War history, writing, movies, and was a lifelong Chicago Bears, Holy Cross College, and Detroit Tigers Fan! His credo was God, Family, and Country! Loyalty was his most admired trait in his fellow man! St. Jude was his lifelong patron saint.
