Ralph Hughes Obituary

Ralph Edward Hughes, age 76 of Ranburne, Alabama, passed away Monday, March 20, 2023, in a local hospital. Born on April 9, 1946, he was the son of the late Steve Edward Hughes and the late Dorothy Whitley Hughes. Ralph proudly served as an MP in the United States Army while stationed in Germany. He was a painter by profession and enjoyed watching Georgia Bulldog football and spending time with his dogs.
Survivors include his daughters Christy Hughes Goff and Celia Hughes; his sister and brother-in-law, Mary Beth and Wayne Thompson of Carrollton; his brothers and sister-in-law, Stephen and Jeanette Hughes of Bremen and Keith Hughes of Tallapoosa; and other extended family members.
In accordance with the family's wishes, Mr. Hughes will be cremated.
Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is honored to serve the Hughes family..
