Born June 2, 1933 in San Antonio, Texas. Our dad was a veteran in the Army and National Guard. He was stationed in El Paso, Texas where he met our mother, Maria Elena. After his stint in the Army, they moved to San Antonio to start a family. He was a devoted father, who made sure we all had a good education and had strong work ethics. He always valued his jobs and never missed work. He was an expert auto mechanic and loved to work on cars ( there wasn’t a car he couldn’t fix). When we had vehicles, we never had to go to a shop to get our cars fixed. Our dad was “old school “ when it came to family values and we loved him for it. You do not find many men like our dad anymore.
