Mr. Ramon Mitchell Howard

Mr. Ramon Mitchell Howard, age 36, of Peoria, IL, passed away at 12:27 am, on Friday, March 24, 2023.
Ramon was born on June 20, 1986 in Peoria, Illinois to Ethel Spinks and Jessie Howard, Jr.
Ramon was a Barber, cutting hair in Peoria for many years. He was a loving and caring person who always looked out for everyone. He loved to dance. Ramon was a jokester; making people laugh. He loved children and his family.
Ramon leaves to cherish his most precious memory his mother, Ethel Spinks of Peoria, IL; two daughters, Rayiona Howard and Rayne Howard both of Peoria, IL; three step daughters, Amasia Howard, Alasia Howard and A'Niya Howard all of Peoria; three brothers, Lamar Howard, Nathan Howard and Jessie Howard; two sisters, Laurice Howard of Peoria, IL and LaKay Coleman of Boston, MA; one grandchild, Mi'Layah; mother of his children, Tonya Norman; Deja Wilson King, his significant other; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends who loved him. He is preceded in death by his father.
Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Sovereign Grace M.B. Church with a visitation one-hour prior at 9 am. Pastor Alvin Riley, Sr. will officiate. Ramon will be laid to rest at Lutheran Cemetery.
