Ramona was born on September 8, 1960, to Sarah Betterton and passed from this life on February 24, 2025, surrounded by her family.
Ramona worked for Dairy Queen and also KW's. She managed the Lazy B Western Store and then worked at Wal-Mart until her retirement. Ramona was the life of the party, and she enjoyed "creeping" on the back roads.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Rex Betterton, and his wife, Scarlet; daughter, Sarah Betterton Pirtle, and her husband, Tiny; brothers, Fred Betterton, Terry Betterton, and Anthony Betterton, and his wife, Nancy; sister, Ginger Meadows and her husband, Chris; grandchildren, Payton Weatherby, Bre Ramirez, Kylynn Henson, and Ava Betterton; and 8 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Betterton; daughter, Tierra Rainbow Willis; and her brother, A.P. Betterton.

My longtime friend Ramona Gail! All the good times. I love you and didn´t even know you were ill. You weren´t one to let on. I pray that your with your baby and Miss Sarah and of course AP. Rest in peace sweet girl.
