Randall B. Mullins, born on April 17, 1951, in Kentucky, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication to his family and community. As a retired professional, Randall's contributions to those around him will long be remembered by all who had the honor of knowing him.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Charlotte Mullins, and their daughter, Kimberly (Richard) Burdine. Together, they created a nurturing family environment, enriching each other's lives with their love and support. Randall leaves behind two grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Randall was preceded in death by his parents, Booker Mullins and Polly Mullins. He was also met in eternity by his cherished son, Bradley Blake Mullins, and a number of brothers and sisters who now stand together in memory: Warren G. Mullins, Walter Reed Mullins, David Lee Mullins, Tracy Mullins, Blaine Mullins, George Patton Mullins, Harold Dean Mullins, Hassel Mullins, Virginia Mullins, Lorene Burkhart, Martha Mullins, Mary Mullins, and Lula Mae Branham. Each sibling shared unique moments in Randall's life, contributing to the fabric of his existence.

Funeral services to honor the life of Randall B. Mullins will be held at Lucas & Son Funeral Home, located at 2931 US Highway 23 S, Pikeville, KY 41501. A visitation will take place on September 2, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, followed by the funeral service on September 3, 2025 at 11:00 AM. These services will provide a space for family and friends to gather, share stories, and celebrate the profound impact Randall made in their lives.

Randall’s life was characterized by deep familial bonds and a commitment to his principles. His absence will be felt profoundly, yet his spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to share their lives with him.
