Randal Ridge, 64, of Sharon, PA, passed away unexpectedly on March 1, 2025, at UPMC Horizon - Shenango.
He was born in Alexandria, VA on December 23, 1960, to Hilton Rae Ridge and Rebecca Frances (Berry) Ridge.
Randal was married to Seleta Sue (Smith) Ridge. She preceded him in death on June 15, 2017.
Randal worked at greenwood Inc. in Elkton Virginia for 13 years as a pipe fitter and helper. When he ended up getting put on disability due to some health issues he had to end up having a leg amputation but that never stopped him he never let that get him down, not one bit.
He loved hunting, fishing, spending time with his daughter, and being with his dog who was teaching him how to walk all over again with his prosthetics. Randal was an amazing, loving, caring father and he was there for everything no matter what. He was one of the strongest men his daughter ever had the privilege of meeting and she was very thankful to have him in her life. Randal was all around an amazing father, grandfather, brother, husband and incredible man.
Randal is survived by: Daughter, Brittney Self; Three Sons, Nicholas Rae Massarella, Michael Vincent Massarella, Christopher Antonio (Sherry Massarella ) Massarella; Two Half brothers, Greg Ridge, Chris Ridge of Standardsville, Va;
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by; Brother, Dennis Rae (Marian Ridge) Ridge; Two Sons, George Lewis Massarella, Jesse Lee Massarella;
Per his wishes there will be no services.
