During Randy's career, he started working with his father building houses in the Rexburg area and then was employed by Utah Power & Light working as a meter reader, then later a draftsman. He left Utah Power in 2000 and began working for JRW architects as a drafter. After JRW, Randy started his own business, 4 Seasons Property Service, where he did property management for many places including Parkside Townhomes.
Randy was very active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with a strong testimony of his Savior, Jesus Christ. He served in various callings, including several bishoprics on campus.
