Randall Joseph Bicknell, aged 75, peacefully passed away at his home in Spring, Texas, on August 13, 2025. Born on June 27, 1950, in Shapleigh, Maine, he was the son of Herbert and Mary Bicknell.
Randall developed a passion for aerospace from an early age and gained diverse skills in various construction trades during his childhood. He pursued higher education at the University of Maine, where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering and became a member of the Phi Kappa Sigma fraternity.
Randall's professional journey began in college, where he initiated small commercial projects that laid the foundation for his construction company, officially established in 1978 in Spring, Texas. His remarkable work can be seen in locations stretching from Bangor, Maine, to Houston, including notable projects with NASA. He was respected as both a skilled carpenter and a proficient problem solver in the construction field.
He is survived by his devoted wife of over 46 years, Patricia Waye Bicknell; daughters, Trisha Rose Bicknell and Tara Lee Bicknell; son, Aaron Randall Waye Bicknell; granddaughters, Michaela and Melanie; and brother, Richard Bicknell.
Randall is preceded in death by both of his parents. A celebration of his life and memories will be planned for a future date.
