He was born in Hot Springs Arkansas, on April 20th, 1962.
Affectionately known as "Boot" by friends, Randall enjoyed life while traveling with thoroughbred racing for 10 years. Traveling from Oaklawn to Omaha, Atlantic city to the Meadowlands. Later in life, he worked in rock quarries for nearly 20 years.
Neighbors always gathered at 3:00PM daily in his garage, for a few drinks, simulcast racing, and jeopardy.
Randall was preceded in death by his father, Richard Bloor; mother, Rita Blake; his sister, Elizabeth Robbins.
Survivors include his sister Dorothy Kimery (David); brothers, Richard L. Bloor II; Rodney Bloor (Danelle); and Roger Bloor (Kathy).
A memorial service will be held at Oaklawn Chapel, at a later date.
