Randall E. Krause, 70 of De Pere, WI passed away on January 16, 2025 in Green Bay, WI. Randy was born on February 20, 1954 to the late Daniel and Dolores Krause in Green Bay. He was a proud graduate of Preble High School, class of '72. He graduated from UWGB with a degree in human biology. He met the love of his life, Debbie Mueller, and they got married on November 4, 1977, in Sherwood, WI.
Randy was employed at H.J. Martin and Son for 37 years. He loved checking in with his son and daughter-in-law after his retirement in 2015, always wanting to hear how things were going at H.J. His job and his work family were a huge part of his life.
He was avid hunter and fisherman, and recently spent most of his time at his cabin in Amberg, WI. He loved spending time with his family, and loved supporting his grandchildren in everything they did.
Randy thought he was the funniest guy around and loved joking around with people. Randy always wore a smile and would do anything for friends and family. Randy also enjoyed spending time in his workshop, constantly putzing around with different projects.
Randy is survived by loving wife, Debbie and their children Michelle (Mark) Sholta and Eric (Katie) Krause, grandchildren Dylan Sholta, Harper Krause and Nolan Krause. He is further survived by his sister, Debra (Tim) Mead, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Daniel and Dolores.
Family and friends may call on Wednesday, January 22 from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N Tenth Street, De Pere, WI. A prayer service will begin immediately following visitation at 7:00 PM.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the De Pere Paramedics and the team at St. Mary's Hospital for their care of Randy.
