He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Cleo Kidwell Whitt, and brothers, Jerry and Danny Whitt.
Randall is survived by his sons, Dustin and Matthew Whitt; granddaughter, Khloe; sister, Joan (Steve) Messamore; brothers, Vernon (Phyllis) Whitt and David (Sheila) Whitt; sister-in-law, Shirley; several nieces, nephews and one great-niece; special friends, Lynn Turner, Bob Woods, and a host of friends at RPN Machine Shop.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Ft. Sanders Medical Center as well as the good people of RPN Morristown, TN.
Visitation will be held from 12 PM – 2 PM, on Thursday, November 6, 2025, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home prior to the funeral service at 2:00PM with Reverend Larry Atkins officiating. Graveside services will follow in Noeton Church Cemetery.
Allen Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
