Randall Mark Zena

Randall Mark Zena, 74, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 2, 2026. He was born in Louisville, KY on July 10, 1951, to the late Robert B. and Mary Jean Zena. Randall carried on his grandparents' legacy and was the owner of the now nostalgic Zena's Cafe. It will live on with the many fond memories made there. Randall lived his life to the fullest and always found a silver lining. He loved animals, nature and the thrill of hunting for his favorite collectibles. He filled each day with purpose and enjoyment.

Left to cherish the memory of his vibrant and adventurous spirit are his soulmate that he shared his life with for 24 years Kathy Wolfson; his brothers Anthony Zena (Margo), and Christopher Zena; his sister Karen Thurman (Doug); his nephews Shepard Thurman, and Andrew Zena; his niece Meggan Renee Monk (Zack) and their daughter Zoey.

In addition to his parents, Randall was preceded in death by his brothers Dr. Robert B. Zena, Jr, and Samuel Zena; and his sister Barbara Z. Dozier.

A celebration of Randall's life will be held at a later date

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
