Randolph Hubbell Obituary
Randolph (Randy) Hubbell, 62, lifelong resident of Ithaca, passed away unexpectedly February 26, 2024. Randy was born May 15, 1961, one of seven children of Glenn L. Hubbell and the late Mary A Hubbell. He attended Ithaca High School Class of 1979, a jack of all trades and was a key contributor to the family business, known as Hub's Place. Randy was an eclectic collector of objects, ideas, and beliefs.
He adored his family and friends and was always there to lend a helping hand.
He is survived by his siblings Lee (Patty) Hubbell, Beverly Hubbell, David (Kim) Hubbell, Danny Hubbell, Marijane (Russ) Johnson. Nieces and Nephews Michael Hubbell, Tiffany Hubbell, Jessica Hubbell, Alisha (Patrick) Houseworth, Terra Hubbell, Austin (Alexa) Hubbell, Corey (Bridget) Griffen, Callie (Christian Marte) Griffen, Kristen (Bobby) Tolchin, Casey (Bo) Allington, Marshall (Sara) Crane, Dustin Hubbell, Daniel Hubbell, and Paige (Newell) Field. Along with several great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his mother Mary A. Hubbell, brother Timothy L. Hubbell and his beloved dogs Shay and Buddy. Randy had a love for animals, in lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the SPCA of Tompkins County in his name. A celebration of life will be held in the near future. The family would like to thank all the first responders, medical personnel and the Teeter family for all their support.
