Randy Garcia

June 20, 1964 – October 14, 2025

Randy Garcia, 61, of Coyote, New Mexico, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2025, in Española, NM, surrounded by family.

Randy was born on June 20, 1964, to Pete Garcia and Agueda “Aggie” Garcia. He had a passion for food, carpentry, and working with engines. Randy will be remembered for his kind heart, strong work ethic, and the love he shared with everyone who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his beloved mother Aggie Garcia, daughter Patricia Garcia, and sisters Verna Valdez and Phaedra Roybal.

Randy is survived by sons Zachary and Nathaniel Salazar daughter Heather Naranjo; his father Pete Garcia; grandchildren and step-grandchildren; and siblings Norbert (Arlene), Benavides (Mildred), Tim (Fernanda), Tom (Suzy), and Bernadette (Augustine). He will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched.

A Public Visitation will be held at DeVargas Funeral Home in Española, NM,  on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. 

A Funeral Service will follow on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Christian Faith Fellowship in Gallina, New Mexico.

Pallbearers are Augustine Mares, Ernesto Trujillo, Eloy Velasquez, Andrew Garcia, Tomas Garcia, and Patrick Garcia.

Honorary Pallbearers are grandchildren, step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
