Randy G. Howe
age 72 of Horseheads, NY. He was born July 4, 1952 in Elmira, son of the late George E. and Doris (Golden) Howe and passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2025 unexpectedly at home. His surviving family includes his sisters Darla & Lee Davenport, Kathy & Rev. Larry Scouten; brother Kevin & Robin Howe; nieces and nephews Keith Hayes, Kimberly (Patmon) Malcom, Kirk & Melissa Scouten, Joel (Flor) Scouten, Sarah (Greg) Borman, Hannah (Andy) Bennett, Jennifer (Geoff) Woodworth, Brian & Steven Pickering; Stephanie (Brandon) Matkosky; many great nieces and nephews; longtime friends Susan Rossi and Dave Osgood. Randy was a car salesman at Steve Acuto, Kent Brown and Howe Motorsports. In retirement Randy remained in the car business helping Dave Osgood Auto. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.

Our condolences to Randy´s entire family. Randy will surely be missed. He had a heart of cold and was loved by all. Randy and I were classmates. After our school years we had some great times especially, going to the Nascar Races! Love and hugs, Marlene Mitstifer-Little and Gary Little
