Randy Lytle Obituary
Randy Gordon Lytle, age 76, passed away on September 12, 2024 in Cedar City, UT. He was born on February 19, 1948 in Pioche, NV to Gordon Roy and Betty Joe Morris Lytle. He married Toni Rae Cottino on June 19, 1970.
Randy attended Pioche Elementary, Lincoln County High School, Dixie College, CSU now SUU and received his master’s from the U of U in teaching. He taught at Lincoln County School District.
You could say that ranching was his first love, but he was also a Teacher, Coach, Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. He had a passion for guns, hunting, knives, camping, looking for arrowheads and anything outdoors. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Randy is survived by his wife Toni Cottino Lyle of Pioche, NV. His children; Shawn Randy (Jennifer) Lytle of Eagle Valley, NV, Cory Lee (Kylea) of Eagle Valley, NV, Autumn Lynn of Mesquite, NV and Amber Dawn of Eagle Valley, NV. Along with 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents Gordon and Betty Lytle. A sister Linda Joe Lytle and brother Russell Kim Lytle.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 11:00 am in the Lytle Family Cemetery, under the direction of Southern Nevada Mortuary. To place online condolences, please visit www.southernnevadamortuary.com.
