Randy Dee Stoy, 65, of Marissa, IL born October 13, 1958, in Wellington, KS, passed away Sunday evening October 6, 2024. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and retired sales manager. He was an avid bowler and Seattle Seahawks fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents – Jackie Lee and Beverly (Knoble) Stoy, one son – William Lee Stoy and his granddaughter – Harper Renee Stoy.
Randy is survived by his wife – the former Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Brown, whom he married on September 23, 1995, four children – Randy Dee (Sherry) Stoy, Jr of Bristol, PA, Jessica Lynne Brown of CA, Nicholas Aaron (Julie) Stoy of Marissa, IL and Amanda Lucille (Chase) Harding of Texas, four siblings – David Lee Stoy of Fairfield, CA, Jackie Lynne Stoy and Julie Ann Stoy, both of Nixa, MO Brenda Jo Lowery of CA, one uncle – Kenneth Dean Stoy of Castro Valley, CA, one grandson – Noah Lee Stoy, nieces and nephews – J.J. Lee (Destiny) Stoy, Brandon Lee (Tiffany) Richey, Jackie Lee (Haley) Stoy, Jacob Lawrence (Hallie) Dempsey, Ashliegh Nicole Dempsey, Julie Stoy, Ryan (Tiffany) Manuel, Kody Stoy, Catrina Lowery, great-nieces and nephews – Aliyah Manuel, Trenton Manuel, Jeffery Stoy, Reagan Stoy, Eli Stoy, Dakota Hodgeson, Chevelle Hodgeson, Jackie Lee Dempsey, Steven McNerney and other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the family.
Visitation; 3 – 6 p.m. on Saturday October 12, 2024, at Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home in Marissa, IL. No formal services will be held.
There will be a celebration of life immediately following the visitation at the Coulterville VFW in Coulterville, IL. Everyone is invited to come.
Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home in Marissa, IL is in charge of arrangements.
