Raul Ramon Obituary
Raul Ramon, 84 of Coal Valley passed away Friday, January 31, 2025 at Trinity Rock Island.
Funeral services will be 4pm Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Schroder Mortuary in Colona with visitation 2 hours prior to service time. Memorials may be made to the family.
Raul was born March 2, 1940 in Crystal City, TX the son of Raul and Josephina Longoria Ramon. He married Noemi Santos April 20, 1958 in Crystal City, TX. Raul worked at John Deere for over 30 years, retiring in 2003. He enjoyed collecting coins and loved helping others in need.
Survivors include his wife Noemi; daughter JoAnn (Ronald) Clevenger; son John (Julie) Ramon; grandchildren Joseph (Michelle) Clevenger, David (Bobbi Jo) Clevenger, Rachel Huntington, Ryan Ramon, and Aundrea Ramon; great grandchildren Katelynn (James) Nimrick, Skyler Clevenger, Alicia Clevenger, Addison Clevenger, and Isabella Clevenger; great great granddaughter Willow Noemi Nimrick and great great grandson Vincent Ramon Nimrick on the way.
Raul was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Jeannie-vee, and a son Jacob.
