Ray Hamad Obituary
Ray A. Hamad, 60, of Canal Fulton passed away peacefully Monday July 28, 2025.
Ray immigrated from Lebanon in 1967 with his parents and brother. Growing up Ray spent most of his time playing sports including; football, soccer, golf, and became a professional bowler. Ray spent most of his professional career driving commercially. He loved spending time with his daughters, participating at their school events, and coaching their sports teams.
Ray is preceded in death by his parents; Ned and Adiby Hamad. He is survived by his three daughters; Haleigh (Brice), Macy (Austin), Malia (Ethan), and their mother; Suzanne, grandson; Benson, brothers; Roger (Nina), Rudy (David), Robert, and Ned Jr. (Erin), and sister, Noel (Tom), and many nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
A visitation will be held at the Hummel Funeral Home located at 3475 Copley Rd. Copley, OH 44321 Sunday August 3, 2025 from 5-7pm. A Funeral Mass will be held the following Monday August 4, 2025 at 10am at Our Lady of the Cedars located at 507 S. Cleveland Massilon Rd. Fairlawn, OH 44333.
