Ray Brenner Summers, beloved son of Paula Hendley, was born on July 2, 1987, in Akron, Ohio. He grew up in the same city and attended Firestone High School.
Ray had a remarkable talent for working with his hands; he found joy in taking things apart, fixing them, and assembling them anew. His passion for woodworking and construction reflected his creativity and dedication to his craft.

He is survived by his cherished children, Adam Moorehead, Ray Jr., Paytin, and Xander Summers; his step-daughter Cheyann Schlupe; and his significant other, Marie Schlupe. He is also remembered by his mother, Paula Hendley; his siblings, Michael, Ronnie, Trisha, Loree, and Ashley; his uncle Butch Hendley; his nephew Lacy Wallace; as well as numerous relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
