Ray is survived by one Son and daughter in law: Ray A (Karina) Wiley, Piqua, OH; one Brother: Steve Wiley, Piqua, OH; four Sisters and brother in law: Kay Cantrell, Sidney, OH; Sona Hayslett, Mason, FL; Bonnie (Steve) Creager, Piqua, OH; Rosie May, Tipp City, OH; one grandchild Solorha Moser, Piqua, OH, and several nieces and nephews.
Ray graduated from Piqua Central High School. He worked at Panasonic in Troy for nine years. Throughout the years Ray enjoyed making bird houses, collecting coins and spoiling his dogs, he was overly joyed to talk and brag about his 1967 GTO, but his greatest joy was to spend time with his granddaughter.
Ray proudly served his country as a United States Marine from 1971-1974
A Celebration of Life to honor Ray will be held at 3:00pm, Sunday April 13,2025 at Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Stremmel officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00pm to 3:00pm on Sunday, at the funeral home.
