"Dearest baby, please know that our greatest blessing was having you."
Heaven's gain was our loss when our angel was called by our Lord. Rayelle came into this world too soon and was taken too soon.
Rayelle Meira Feeney passed on from this life and into the arms of Jesus on October 8th, 2025 before her birth. Born October 11th at 12:01 am weighting 3.03lbs and 16" long. She was 32 weeks gestation and informally diagnosed with Trisomy 13. Her life was, from the start, a ministry of teaching, as she taught her mother and father about adjusting to the unexpected. Taught her family and community about a life-altering condition (trisomy 13) with various outcomes ranging from stillbirth to a life of disability, to hardly any effect at all. She has taught people to forgive, heal, and to trust in the Lord. She will continue to minister to the lives of people who are hurting, through the testimonies of her family and community.
Rayelle, born breech at Regions Hospital, was delivered into the hands with the hospital doctors assistance, to parents Natalie and Tristan Feeney, in the attendance of friend and midwife Connie, and nurse Lora. She is missed by all, including her siblings Kourtney, Caileen, Adina, Adalynne, and Celeste, maternal grandparents David and Denise Hammer, paternal grandparents Jerry Feeney, and Anne Marie and Les Odom as well as several Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends of the family.
Visitation will be on Sunday, November 2nd, 2025 at 2:00 pm and a Celebration of Life Service will follow at 3:00 pm at River Valley Church 14898 Energy Way, Apple Valley, MN 55124
Interment will be Monday, November 3rd, 2025 10:00 am at Resurrection Cemetery 2101 Lexington Ave S, Mendota Heights, MN 55120.

Sometimes, it's the smallest things that take up the most room in our hearts.
"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me,
Because the Lord has anointed Me
To preach good tidings to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives,
And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord,
And the day of vengeance of our God;
To comfort all who mourn,
To console those who mourn in Zion,
To give them beauty for ashes,
The oil of joy for mourning,
The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;
That they may be called trees of righteousness,
The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified."
Isaiah 61:1-3
