Raymond Beaudoin, age 99, of Natchitoches passed away peacefully on Nov. 6, 2025. He was a devoted Dad, Grandpa, a cherished uncle, and a friend to many.
Born on March 15, 1926 in Montrose, LA. to Joseph Beaudoin and Alice (LaCaze) Beaudoin. Raymond lived a long and fulfilling life. He and his family lived in Shreveport for some years. There he worked at a job delivering candy to the stores in that area. He decided to move his family to Natchitoches where he joined the City of Natchitoches Police Dept. His other duties included guiding cars to a parking spot during fairs and festivals. Outside of work, Raymond liked to sing, play his guitar, and dance. He and his wife and other family members liked to go out dancing. He and his band would play at local night clubs in Shreveport and Natchitoches. He was also a member of the Elks Club of Natchitoches.
Raymond was a good and loving father, grandfather, and uncle always ready to help them and others in need, leaving them a legacy of love and strong Christian family values. Raymond was a member of the Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Conception Church. His faith, belief, and trust in God shown through in his words and actions.
