Raymond J. Delmont Sr.

Raymond J. Delmont Sr., of Levittown and formerly of Philadelphia, PA, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at the age of 90. Born and raised in Philadelphia, to the late Joseph and Helen Delmont, Raymond was graduate of North Catholic High School. After graduation, Raymond proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War. He later was a truck driver for 41 years as a member of the Teamsters Local 107. In his free time, Raymond enjoyed listening to music. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 62 years, Jean Delmont, his son, Raymond J. Delmont Jr., and his brother, Joseph Delmont, Raymond is survived by his daughter, Deana (George) Leeper, his grandchildren, Dominic (Kelcie) and William, and his great grandson, Eli. He is also survived by his brother, Ronald Delmont, along with many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Family and friends are invited to Raymond's Life Celebration on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM, all at Maternity BVM Church, 9220 Old Bustleton Ave, Phila, PA 19115.
