He was born April 25, 1962 in New Mexico, a son of James Edward Lewis and Ellen Itzstein.
He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and spending time with his beloved dog Mini.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include three sons, Raymond Scott of Oregon, Spencer Lewis of New Martinsville, and Seth Lewis of Oklahoma; two brothers, Danny Lewis of Fairfield, CA, and Jeffrey Lewis; and two grandchildren. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Grisell Funeral Homes, 751 3rd Street, New Martinsville, WV 26155.
