Raymond Ross Makin of Rochester, New York passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 26th, 2025, at the age of 71. He was born February 4th, 1954, to Walter and Mary Makin.
Predeceased by his parents, Walter and Mary; sister, Nancy (Ronald) Smith; and brother-in-law, John Bleier.
He was devoted to his loving wife of 48 years, Sarah Makin. He is also survived by his daughter, Jamie Leigh (Lenny) Rodriguez-Pagan; grandchildren, Grace Marie (Chris) Delgado, Jalexander Rodriguez-Delgado, & Rubin Mercado; sister, Beverly Bleier; god-daughter, Ashley Rose Nowakowski; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
Raymond loved bowling, fishing, and his hot rod cars.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, August 30th from 10-12am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave.
