Raymond J. McNamee, 73, of Marshall, passed away on September 18, 2025, at UW Hospital in Madison.
Ray was born on February 18, 1952, in Beaver Dam, the son of Harland and Diane (Severson, later Schroud) McNamee. He married Mary Ellen Krueger on February 14, 1986, and the couple enjoyed 40 years of marriage. In his free time, he was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing. Above all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Ray is survived by his wife Mary Ellen, son Matthew (Carrie) Krueger, grandchildren Mekenzie, Riese, Addison, Gibsen, and Sebby. He is further survived by his siblings Mark (Sheryl) McNamee, Tammy (Tim) Mattila, Terri (Brian) Lamprech, Paul (Katie) McNamee, sister-in-law Cheryl McNamee and special friend Juan Villegas. He is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, son Nathan Krueger, sisters Pat (Jack) Nelson and Joan McNamee, and brother Tom McNamee.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
