He will forever be missed but never forgotten; Raymond Rodriguez Ortiz, 65, of Winters, Texas passed away Sunday, February 9, 2025, at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, TX, surrounded by his loving family. He was a beloved son, brother, husband, father, uncle, grandfather and friend.
