Raymond H. Ralph, 97, of Salisbury, Massachusetts, died Sunday morning, surrounded by family at High Point Hospice in Haverhill, MA. Ray was a native of Lawrence, MA, and longtime resident of Hobe Sound, FL, where he was an avid bowler and card shark. He returned home to live with us 'Yankees' in 2019, gracing us with his delightful presence and sharp puzzle-solving skills. Ray served in the U.S. Coast Guard and was the proud patriarch of a large family. He is predeceased by his wife of forty-nine years, Carmen (Gosselin) Ralph, his daughter, Joyce Waddington of Manchester, NH, and his brother Tom Ralph from FL. He leaves daughters, Maureen Ralph of Salisbury, MA, June Ralph of Bristol, RI, and Audrey and her husband Tony Provenzano of Salem, NH; sons, David Ralph and his wife, Dodie of Lake City, FL, Brian Ralph and his wife, Diane of Salem, NH; Ray's brother, Alan Ralph and his wife, Marilyn of Salem, NH, and sister, Eleanor Ralph of Salem, NH. Ray leaves eleven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren, plus countless cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. He will be missed by all. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to calling hours on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, at the Kenneth H, Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen, MA. A Funeral Mass for Raymond will follow at 11:00 AM, at St. Monica Church, 212 Lawrence Street, Methuen, MA. Services will conclude with the burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery, 80 Corbett Street, Andover, MA. The Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home is honored to serve the Ralph family.
