Raymond A. Tefft Sr.

Raymond A. Tefft, Sr., age 86, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2026 at Brentwood Nursing Home in Warwick. He was the beloved husband of the late Esther M. (Tipple) Tefft to whom he shared 65 years of marriage prior to her passing in October of 2025. Born in West Warwick, he was one of two sons born to the late Arthur R. and Olive E. (Dupuis) Tefft. He was the devoted father of Londa Charland, Raymond A. Tefft, Jr. and Kevin J. Tefft; 'Grampa' of Jacob, Amber, and Tiana and 'Great-Grampa' of Xavier, Ryder, Serenity, Amiya and Amiryana. Raymond is also survived by his brother Arthur Tefft.

A Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2026, from 11am-12pm with a Funeral Ceremony at 12pm in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. He will be laid to rest alongside his wife in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl. Memphis, TN 38105 are greatly appreciated.
