Rebecca Lyn Jacobs, age 56, of Valders, Wisconsin and formerly of Bloomfield, New Mexico, returned home to her Heavenly Father on October 29, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years: James, along with their three sons: Aidan (spouse Andrea), Nathan (spouse Helen), and Enoch. She has one granddaughter: Alina Jacobs, daughter of Nathan and Helen of Silverdale, Washington. She is further survived by her parents: Bob and Sue Hohneke of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, and her two brothers and sisters-in-law: Jason (Amy) and Jeff (Angie) Hohneke. She is preceded in death by their son: David Landon Jacobs.

Becky is a courageous daughter of God, a devout member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and a witness for Jesus Christ in all that she does. Born on July 9th 1969 at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida, Becky attended High School in Sturgeon Bay Wisconsin and College at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She served a full-time mission for the Church in Santiago Chile and later raised her family in Bloomfield, New Mexico where she lived for 27 years. She was very proud to have finished her Bachelor’s degree in graphic design through the BYU Pathway program. Becky enjoyed taking hikes in the mountains of Colorado, reading good books, and spending time with her children. Wife, mother, daughter, sister and grandmother; she will be greatly missed by all that had the privilege to be touched by her kind, gentle and noble spirit.

She set herself apart from an ordinary life by her countless acts of love and compassion and through her testimony of her Savior Jesus Christ. He loves her for her selfless service and love for others, especially toward her children.

A private burial service was held. Condolences may be made www.pielhop.com
