Rebecca Gann "Becky" Jennings

Funeral services for Becky Jennings, 81, of Weaver, will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Halls Chapel Congregational Holiness Church in Weaver. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 until the time of service. Rev. Hollis Martin will be officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service in Halls Chapel Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Austin Jennings, Todd Hughes, Bubba Hughes, Josh Feazell, Austin Hubbard, and Fisher White.
Mrs. Jennings was called home in the early hours of Friday, February 21, in Gadsden.
She is survived by her children, Stacy (Melissa) Jennings and Rebecca (Nathan) Ford; sister, Linda (Harvey) Hughes; grandchildren, Ashley (Josh) Feazell, Lyndsie (Austin) Hubbard, Jordan Jennings, Austin (Haley) Jennings, and Alexis Ford; great-grandchildren, Ella Feazell, Walker Feazell, Brooks Hubbard, Wyatt Feazell, Alyna Jennings, Baylor Hubbard, and Baker Jennings; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Jennings is preceded in death by her husband, Lenois Jennings; son, Keith Jennings; parents, Joe and Earline Gann; and her siblings, Paul Gann, JoAnn Pratt, and Carolyn Patricia Gann.
Becky spent many years performing duties as a dental hygienist under the supervision of Dr. Floyd Worsham. She later served as the secretary at the family-owned and operated, Anniston Auto Trim. Her greatest love, however, was being a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Becky never ceased to put her family's needs over her own. She was particularly known for her cooking expertise, especially her world-famous fried okra and homemade biscuits. Becky also enjoyed attending Halls Chapel Church services and cruising with her husband, Lenois, in his '64 Chevy Impala every Sunday.
To know Becky was to love her and she will be greatly missed.
