Rebekah Lee Lloyd, 48 years of age of Narragansett passed on November 24, 2025 surrounded by her loving children and parents at the Hope Health Hulitar Hospice Center. Rebekah was a loving member of the Peace Dale Congregational Church where she was welcomed with open arms and loving hearts. She loved spending time with all the members of the church, singing in the choir and being in a loving community.
She studied ballet and attended the Virginia School of the Arts in Lynchburg Virginia. She also attended summer programs for ballet at the Boston Ballet and Joffrey Ballet in New York City. She danced for the festival Ballet of Providence and danced in many their performances. She graduated high school while in Virginia and continued her education at the University of Rhode Island.
She worked for R.I.P.I.N. through the Rhode Island Department of Health for several years, helping many families with the challenges of varied Health issues. She worked at the Wood River Health services and Aim High Academy.
She is survived by her two children; Ariannah Pierce and Colin James Pierce, who she considered to be the greatest loves of her life. She is also survived by her parents Natalie and Robert Lloyd of South Kingstown.
Rebekah loved to garden and was extremely proud of her bountiful roses and various plants. Jewelry making was another great talent that she used to create many beautiful wampum and sea glass items.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, November 30th from 3-6 pm in Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield, 02879. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 1st at 11 am in Peace Dale Congregational Church, 261 Columbia St, Peace Dale, RI.
