Regina I. Fluette (Archer), 56, of Peru, passed away unexpectedly on May 8, 2025. She was born in Kokomo on May 4, 1969. She married Gerald "Gerry" Fluette on August 14, 1993, and he survives. Gina graduated from Maconaquah High School in 1987. She had a special love and a special place in her heart for cats. She will be dearly missed by her fur-babies Callie, Tegra and Simba. Gina loved her church family very much and loved volunteering for the loaves and fishes food pantry and the Scratching Post Cat Rescue. She also loved playing bingo and baking pumpkin rolls for her family and friends around the holidays. Gina would help anyone in need when she could and would expect nothing in return. Gina will be sorely missed by everyone who knew her. Gina is survived by her husband Gerry Fluette; siblings Michael (Trina) Archer, Ronald (Tammy) Archer, and Priscilla (Darin) Shoffner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great nephews she thought the world of. She was preceded in death by her mother Janet Taylor; and siblings Dallas Archer and Shelley Johnson. A service celebrating the life of Regina I. Fluette will be held at 6:00 PM, Wednesday, May 14, at the First Church of the Nazarene, 331 W 6th St. Peru. Family and friends will gather for visitation from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Wednesday, at the church. Burial will occur at St. Charles Catholic Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made through the funeral home to The Scratching Post Cat Rescue.
