Rena Jauquet, 95, of Green Bay, passed away October 1, 2024, at Angel's Touch Assisted Living. She was born November 16, 1928, to Gladys (Malcore) and Ira La Plante. On June 14, 1947, she was married to Al Jauquet at Saints Peter and Paul Church in Green Bay. They celebrated their 75th anniversary in 2022. Rena worked at the Zuider Zee for many years. After retirement Al and Rena moved to their home in Crivitz, where they spent 30 years before moving back to Green Bay. Rena loved being outside during all seasons except winter. She didn't like the cold. You could find her pulling weeds in the vegetable and flower gardens, picking up sticks in the yard, feeding and watching the hummingbirds, and painting all the crafts Al made.

She is survived by her children, Dawn Loresch, Dean (Robyn) Jauquet and Todd Jauquet (Diana Stangel); three grandchildren Tim (Jessie), Tracy (Darrel) and Alyssa (Dallas); step grandchildren, Traci, Melissa, Kristin (Mark); five great grandchildren, Jamie Jo, Rebecca (Kyle), Mitchell (Amanda), Brittany, and Grace, ; seven step great grandchildren, Alexis, Zackary, Kalli, Nicholas, Jadynn, Ava, and Jaxon; four great great grandchildren, Sampson, Cooper, Bennett, and Everly and a baby due in March; sister-in-law, Barb La Plante.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Al; parents; brother, Lyle (Buzz) La Plante and the Jauquet in laws.

Visitation at St. Philip the Apostle Church, 312 Victoria St., Friday October 4, from 9:30 AM until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM with Rev. Jose Lopez officiating. Entombment at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.
