Rena Renee Williams passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025, in her home. A visitation will be held at Vance Brooks Funeral Home, 3738 Hwy 431 N, on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 3:00 pm EST - 7:00 pm EST. A funeral service will be held at Vance Brooks Funeral Home on Friday, September 12, 2025, at 2:00 pm EST, concluding with internment at Lakeview Memory Gardens.

Rena Renee Williams was born on January 12, 1962, in Mobile, Alabama, to the late Travis Rigsby and Sondra Littleton. She married her beloved husband, Michael Williams, June 17, 1983, and remained his faithful and loving wife for 42 years until her passing. Rena was a loving and devoted mother to three children, Brandon Wayne Williams of Sevierville, TN, Patrick Houston McCarty of Knoxville, TN., and Sondra Renee Williams, Kissimmee, FL and three grandchildren Trevin, Zayden, and Sebastian. Throughout her life, Renee loved to rescue any dog that needed a loving home and enjoyed doing crafts in her free time. She had a courageous battle of cancer for nine years and stood as a pillar of strength for her family, building a foundation for future generations. Rena will be missed deeply by those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Homer and Helen Maxine Littleton; mother Sondra Littleton; and her father Travis Rigsby.

In addition to her husband, children, and grandchildren, she is survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, and her siblings Travis Rigsby Jr., Sherry Hall, Patricia Wright, and Angie King.
