Rene's memory will be treasured by his siblings, David (Sharon) Van De Wielle and Mary (Bob) Means. His presence will also be profoundly missed by his extended family members and a wide circle of friends, all of whom were touched by his kindness and gentle nature.
A graveside service will be held for Rene on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Highland Cemetery, South Bend, IN at 1:00 PM. Donations in honor of Rene may be made to Center for Hospice. Hahn Funeral Home has been entrusted with assisting the family with the arrangements.
