I have known Renee my entire life. We grew up across the street from one another and shared many happy and fun times as kids and young adults. Kyla, Kim, Rhonda, Regina and the rest of the family, I am so sorry for your loss. My heart is with all of you. Rest in peace Renee...

An incredible conversation with a woman who was a true warrior and was determined to fight as long as possible to remain here with her family. She shared stories of her girls when they were young, we spoke about her passion for the arts and crafts movement, and so much more. Her soul has gone home, but memories remain.

From birth, you were/are always going to be the best mom. I miss you more everyday. I'm so sorry I couldn't find a way to make you better mom. You gave a good fight. You always were tough. Unfortunately this cancer was stronger. I hope you rest easy now until it's my turn to come home.
