She was a strong-willed woman, but also fair and kindhearted. She loved cats, dogs, lighthouses, America, her friends, and her family. Retta was a nurse for most of her life and was beloved in the community by her fellow nurses, doctors, and most of all her patients.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Family suggests memorial be given to St. Catherine Hospice and Finney County Humane Society in care of the funeral home. Condolences may be posted at www.garnandfuneralhomes.com
