Born in Bedford, IN, she was a daughter of the late Raymond Stultz and Eula Jackson Stultz.
Surviving is her husband; two sons, Mark Stipp and Daniel Stipp; a daughter, Maria Dawn Stipp; a sister, Janice McPike; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 10 A.M. Friday, August 15, 2025, at Ft. Jackson National Cemetery, Columbia, SC.
Memorials services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Sumter Baptist Temple.
